My handcrafted shaker lockets are filled with fine artist pigments. Each locket measures about 13mm wide and 22mm tall including the bail.

AUSTRALIAN RED OCHRE is a red pigment from Australia originally dating back more than 40,000 years. Ochre is the world’s first pigment, used by prehistoric people in cave art around the world. This ochre was harvested legally from rocks on a public roadway near Demon’s Bluff, and prepared as a pigment in the Aboriginal tradition.

Handcrafted to order, please allow up to 8 weeks for your pigment jewelry to be made.

You can add chains or earring findings here if desired. Make sure to get two lockets if you plan to have a pair of earrings made.
