These pendants are cast from real beetle heads, sourced from specimens whose bodies fell apart on their way to me! From left to right, they are Cyclommatus tarandus tarandus, Dorcus alcides, and Chalcosoma atlas keyboh.

Wear one by itself, stack it with your other favorite necklaces, or make an earring! Each charm is one of a kind. The original, real beetle head has a bail added on in wax. The model is then molded so it can be replicated, injected with molten wax, invested, burned out, and cast in precious metal using the process of lost wax casting.
